Daniel fought a couragous battle with his illness but sadly he passed away in September 2008. One of Daniels highlights was Jump Start and the opportunities Jump Start brought along for him.
Thank you to everyone from Jump Start especially Pete, Lars and Tim, you have changed the lives of so many young people.
